Went 3 weeks with out insulin because thay will not return phone calls . then thay said it was our fault. If I had a choice I'd go else where.
I was sick in December and the doctor was great. I was told that I did not owe anything and that the shot I received was covered in my copay. Three months later, I receive a high bill. I called to see what this bill was for, and the receptionist did not know why and seemed too exhausted to take my call.
Love the staff in this place. They have always been so good to me. Sam, Aretha, and the 2 nurses in the back plus the dentist. She can be hard on me sometimes, but she's over all a great dentist. If these people are rude to u, then u must be the one causing them to be. I love the staff. We always laugh and cut up with each other when I'm there. And Mrs Aretha, I owe u that lunch!
I went to them and had trouble obtaining health insurance because my identity could not be verified for lack of credit. When I finally received credit from a retail credit card, they would not return my messages or emails. When I talked to receptionists to get in touch with the Health Care Representative, they were very rude and "just did not know what to tell me." I was continuously sent to voicemails that belonged to employees who would not call back. I finally obtained the health care by myself through healthcare.gov . It looks like the Health Care Representative wasn't really needed.

After showing up 15 min prior my appointment I sat in the waiting room for 3 hrs before I had to ask what the issue was .. We are behind is all Igot .. I watched 3 people that had been seated prior me get up and walk out .. There was no sence of professionalism, at no point did they come out and explain what the wait was for .. The receptionist did manage to got out for a hour to eat lunch so no one was there at the window to ask ... After the 3 hr mark and no definite answer how much longer i needed to wait , I left and asked for a refund...2 months after ..They sent me a bill .. After discussing my case as too why I would not pay the 25 dollar bill The rude office manager talked over me , told me the bill was going to stand and that he would not give me the number to his supervisor ... I told him that i was going to record the phone call and he hung up on me ......Stay away from this place ,,, The reviews do not lie and they treat you like garbage .. I found a great Dr that listens to you answers your questions and treats you like a human........I do not normally write reviews , but this needed to be told .....I hope it helps others that expect to be treated like a person...STAY Away .....
I just spoke with the man who is in charge of the Talladega office and hopefully something will be done. He gave me some clarification on what this bill was for. He and the Doctor that I saw were very helpful, but it seems like they're the only ones that actually want to offer any quality. I will not be returning and I do not recommend it to anyone.
