Your worker Jessica Nicole refused a coupon from the Mark Ten starter kit. She was very rude and told my husband she didn't have time to deal with him, the man before us was also arguing with her. A few days later my husband returns to the Talladega location and all the Mark Ten kits have been opened and the coupons removed! I think Marlboro should be notified and I'll find out whom else should be because selling opened products with an item removed is against the law. You all do have a big sign up advertising them but your customers are not getting what they pay for. I want the lady fired.
Such great customer service that they know what I need before I get to the cash register.

Sending others today to buy the same product, the $3.00 coupons had better be in the kits.
