Excellent customer service. Greeted at the door with a hello and smile. Friendly service throughout my visit. Answered all my questions wasn't pushing me to buy just very informative. Only place in the area to have a simple light fixture. Sadly it was my last stop next time it will be the first. WELL DONE TALLADEGA ACE HARDWARE EMPLOYEE'S EXCELLENT JOB!!!!
Was surprised to see new expansion. The employees are always helpful and are proactive in asking how they can help you find what you need. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great selection.

Descent staff but seem to not know what products they really have. The manager was nice but literally was trying to run the store. The store was clean and they didn't mind ordering anything I needed. They cut keys and they actually work unlike some places.
